Types of Cases in Which I Have Had Substantial and Repeated Experience

When you start to analyze whether I or any other lawyer has the capability of handling your matter, you should look at the type of cases the lawyer has handled previously. In a major law firm, any one action may have as many as 5 to 20 or more lawyers working on the case, and unless you know what a lawyer did on the case the fact that a claims he worked on a specific case doesn't tell you very much about what the lawyer can do. As to each of the cases below (with the exception of the medical malpractice case), I was the lawyer totally responsible for all aspects of the client's representation, from conceptualizing the legal issues; preparing the complaint; deciding what court in which to file and for what claims; and what discovery was needed; and what experts were needed and what subjects expert testimony and a report needed to cover; and any trials and appeals. I handle all aspects of litigation and have had substantial experience in most aspects. One important part is keeping the costs as low as possible -- important, I think you will agree.
