Local Counsel for NYC - $3,000 against $300/Hour
Federal or State Courts in NYC
I am available to come in as local counsel in any federal or state court in New York City, and to do this immediately, if needed.
My fee is $3,000 paid in advance against my hourly fee of $300 for local counsel work.
I have had more than 40 years of experience in these courts in New York City and surrounding area:
(1) federal courts in the Southern District of New York (New York, New York, and Long Island), and the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn and White Plains);
(2) Supreme Courts in New York, New York, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, White Plains and Garden City; and
(3) Civil Court in New York, New York.
I am highly experienced in many types of civil litigation, including the following:
